Mr. Vladimir Skrynnik is a managing partner and the general director of Jus Privatum. He is a graduate of the international law faculty of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He is fluent in English and German.
Vladimir has more than 13 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, tax planning, dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration.
He has assisted many foreign investors with setting up of their business operation in Russia, including a chocolate factory located in the Moscow region (100% subsidiary of the world’s largest cocoa producer and grinder), a network of UK and Swiss visa application centers across Russia, a major EU manufacturer and seller of automatic snack and beverage vending machines, a largest palm oil processor in the world, a global manufacturer of solar cells and modules, an international biotechnology company that provides for product-based solutions for the animal husbandry, an online store of clothing and footwear, a micro lending company, a roadside assistance service company and many others.
Vladimir took part in many large M&A transactions including purchase of a Russian fast-food network (ranked second in the number of fast food outlets in Russia), sale of a franchise network of grocery discount stores and others.
He has successfully represented his clients in Russian state arbitrazh courts in various commercial disputes related to contractual, tax and corporate matters. He has substantial experience in international commercial arbitration in disputes arising out of international sale and purchase and work agreements.
